In Vivo Imaging System

The LASER Series Multimodal Full-Spectrum In Vivo Imaging System is a newly developed plant and animal imaging system by BIO-OI (GuangYi), featuring high resolution, high sensitivity, full-spectrum coverage, multifunctionality and wide applicability. The system combines research-grade deep-cooled cameras with high-definition InGaAs cameras to achieve full-spectrum imaging across 400-1700nm wave lengths, covering both visible light and NIR-II spectral ranges.

■ Product features

Dual-Camera Integration for Full-Spectrum Imaging Across the Wavelength Range

A research-grade deep-cooled camera for visible wavelengths, paired with a deep-cooled camera for the near-infrared II (NIR-II) region, enables full-spectrum imaging across the 400–1700 nm wavelength range.

Professional Image Acquisition and Analysis Software

Our newly developed image acquisition and analysis software enables fully automated image data capture. It supports automatic overlay of fluorescence images with bright-field and X-ray images, with the added flexibility of manual post-overlay adjustment for refined analysis. The software performs spectral unmixing on acquired results; after unmixing, it automatically calculates grayscale values, photon counts, and ROI (region-of-interest) analysis. Additional advanced features include multi-image analysis, EDF (extended depth of field) fusion, and 3D data visualization.

Multi-Source Illumination

LED visible light sources offer long life and excellent stability, while infrared laser sources are better suited for exciting deeper tissue layers. An optional X-ray source with adjustable intensity is also available for structural bone imaging, allowing visualization of skeletal, fat, and muscle information in animal models.

Optional X-Ray Module (available as an add-on configuration)

Tumor research, vascular imaging, drug development, targeted therapy, surgical navigation, gut microbiota imaging, lymphatic imaging, brain science, pharmacological research, drug efficacy evaluation, and pharmacokinetic studies of macromolecular drugs.
